We are hiring in Montreal.

STUDIO BLUE SPIRIT CANADA is seeking a 3D Layout Supervisor. This position is for the production of Season 2 of BLUE EYE SAMURAI, based in our Montreal studio.

Key responsibilities include:

– Leading and mentoring a team of layout artists
– Ensuring adherence to character and props staging, camera movements, and framing according to the storyboard
– Overseeing the technical preparation of scenes for animation, rendering, and compositing
– Delivering episodes on time and within budget

Ideal profile:

– Proficiency in Maya
– Experience as a layout supervisor on animated series, feature films, and/or in VFX
– Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
– Experience in pre-visualization is a plus

Job type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Montreal, QC (No Remote Work)
