Position: Production Assistant or Administrative Assistant (based on profile)

Company: La Cabane Productions, an award-nominated production company specializing in animated films and series, is offering a work-study position for a Production Assistant or Administrative Assistant starting in November 2024 (with a potential start in December 2024 or January 2025).

Duration: 12 months

Location: On-site in Paris 9

The role involves supporting the Production Delegate team across all projects. Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting in the preparation of funding applications (CNC, MEDIA, regional grants, etc.) and their follow-up.
– Providing administrative support for ongoing developments and completed productions (contract tracking, declarations, exploitation monitoring, etc.).
– Organizing ongoing projects (following development progress, arranging travel, managing logistical needs, etc.).
– Monitoring applications and recruitment processes.

Required Profile:

– Interest in the audiovisual and/or animation sector
– Strong writing skills in both French and English (very good level required)
– Curiosity and versatility
– Organizational skills and attention to detail
– Teamwork and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
