Join Our Team as a Freelance VFX Production & Tech Coordinator at Moonraker VFX. Due to the on-site nature of this role, candidates must be based in London.

Moonraker is seeking a VFX Production & Tech Coordinator to join our team immediately on a short-term basis. The position involves working onsite at an engaging immersive project located in central London.

Key Responsibilities:

– Taking detailed and accurate feedback notes during screen testing and rehearsals
– Recording witness camera footage of testing and rehearsals
– Managing the transfer of recordings to Flow and distributing them to the team
– Collaborating with our Senior Production Coordinator to ensure timely receipt of all feedback notes
– Handling file uploads, distribution, and tracking of deliverables
– Coordinating with Editorial, Production, and Supervisors on set in a client-facing environment
