We are currently seeking a planning coordinator to support our creative directors and our chief executive producer.
Your role will involve working closely with the management and production teams. The planning coordinator is essential for managing schedules and coordinating the daily activities of the creative directors and the chief executive producer.
You will be at the heart of the studio’s interactions, collaborating directly with project managers and department heads to ensure meetings and appointments are organized efficiently.
Your mission will be to optimize schedules based on priorities, anticipate needs, and demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment.
Starting date: As soon as possible
Type of contract: Temporary or fixed-term contract
Location: Paris 13th
