Blue Spirit Canada is currently seeking a Previs Artist for the upcoming season 2 of Blue Eye Samurai.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Translate scripts into animated sequences while maintaining the director’s vision.
– Create dynamic and engaging sequences.
– Ensure strong storytelling through composition.
– Collaborate with various departments to provide materials that meet their specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Previs Artist or in a similar role within the film, television, or gaming industries.
– Proficient in Maya.
– Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, composition, and camera movement.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Animation experience is a plus.
– Proficient in English, with working knowledge of French.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS

– On-site position in Montreal, Quebec (no remote work).
– Must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit.
