🎬 HIRING: Line Producer for 3-Month Animation Project! Production

We are hiring in Angoulême/Paris.

Since 2004, Blue Spirit Studio has been producing animated series and feature films. We serve as a contractor for projects managed by Blue Spirit Productions, as well as for other producers both in France and abroad.

We are looking for a Line Producer to oversee the general management of a production. Responsible for liaising between the client and the artistic and technical requirements, the Line Producer ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to client specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

– Initiating and monitoring production processes, establishing planning and tracking tools in coordination with Studio Management, while considering budget, schedule, and artistic constraints.
– Ensuring budget compliance and monitoring studio team performance on the assigned project.
– Developing project schedules based on resource availability across different studios.
– Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of studio teams to support them from initiation to final project delivery.
– Ensuring correct use of tools and adherence to project-specific processes.
– Assisting in the documentation, drafting, and communication of production documents and manufacturing processes.
– Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

– Over 3 years of experience in 3D animation studios in production roles.

The position is available immediately, starting August/September 2024, for a duration of 3 months. Regular travel to studios in Angoulême and Paris is expected.

This is a full-time, in-person position of 39 hours per week based in Paris or Angoulême.
