🎬 PRODUCTION ASSISTANT OPENING: Join La Cabane in Paris! Production

RECRUITMENT / ALTERNANCE / Production Assistant or Administrative Assistant (depending on profile)

La Cabane Productions, an animation film and series production company nominated for an International Emmy Award, is offering a position for a Production Assistant or an Administrative Assistant (depending on profile) in an alternating capacity starting from November 2024 (a start date in December 2024 or January 2025 is also possible).

Duration: 12 months
Location: On-site in Paris 9

The role involves assisting the Delegated Production team across all projects. Responsibilities include:

– Assisting in the preparation of funding applications (CNC, MEDIA, regions, etc.) and following up on their status
– Providing administrative support for ongoing developments and completed productions (contract follow-up, declarations, exploitation monitoring, etc.)
– Organizing current projects (tracking development work, arranging travel, managing logistical needs, etc.)
– Managing applications and recruitment processes

Desired profile:
– Interest in the audiovisual and/or animation sector
– Strong written communication skills in both French and English (very good level required)
– Curiosity and versatility
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Teamwork and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
