**Your Role:**
As part of the management and production teams, the planning coordinator plays a crucial role in managing schedules and coordinating the daily tasks of the creative directors and the chief executive producer. You will be at the heart of studio interactions, collaborating directly with project managers and department heads to ensure smooth organization of meetings and appointments.

**Your Mission:**
To optimize schedules based on priorities, anticipate needs, and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
