Your role? As Lead Helpdesk, you’ll be the central pillar of user support within the studio.
– Manage the Helpdesk team: organization, support, and skills development.
– Ensure a smooth IT service: guarantee optimal response times and a dynamic, fulfilling working environment.
– Act as the key contact for users: you’ll ensure that every staff member has the best tools to perform their tasks.
