🌱 HIRING: Coordinator for Eco-Responsible Animation Association! Production

The Cartouch’ Verte Association is hiring a Coordinator!

Join Cartouch’ Verte, a pioneering organization dedicated to assisting animation studios in reducing their environmental impact.

**Job Description:**

Under the supervision of the Board, the Coordinator will implement strategies, seek partners and funding, and serve as the main contact for partners and members.

Short- and medium-term objectives include:

– Deploying shared eco-responsible solutions (mobility, food, buildings, waste management, etc.)
– Raising awareness and supporting members in implementing best practices
– Updating the Eco-Responsible Animation Guide
– Organizing or participating in events and training sessions

**Responsibilities:**

– Coordination of the association’s project (60%)
– Development of partnerships and funding research (25%)
– Administrative management of the association (15%)

**Required Skills and Knowledge:**

– Strong organizational skills, anticipation, initiative, responsiveness, and effective workload, time, and stress management
– Versatile, unifying, and dynamic personality
– Strong writing and synthesis skills, familiarity with institutional language
– Proficient in office software, internet, and communication tools
– Solid knowledge in project management and/or leadership
– Commitment to ecological values and social and solidarity economy principles
– Familiarity with collective intelligence tools and participatory governance
– Participation in eco-responsibility training within the audiovisual or film industry is a plus.

**Conditions:**

– 4/5th position, fixed-term contract of 12 months (28 hours per week) with the possibility of a permanent contract
– Salary: €2,100 to €2,500 gross per month
– Location: La Cartoucherie, Bourg-lès-Valence (26)
– Start date: January 6, 2024
