We are seeking Concept Artists and Storyboard Artists (freelance) based in Cataluña to contribute their skills to our project.

Responsibilities for Concept Artists:

– Design detailed visual concepts for characters, environments, props, and creatures that define the series’ visual style.
– Create high-quality sketches and illustrations, ensuring they are functional for 3D development.
– Collaborate with the animation team, creative directors, and 3D modelers to ensure concepts are accurately translated into final models.
– Participate in virtual meetings to adjust designs based on team feedback and provide creative visual solutions to overcome narrative and technical challenges.

Responsibilities for Storyboard Artists:

– Develop dynamic storyboards that convey scripts into clear and engaging visual narratives.
– Create shots and sequences, defining camera angles, movements, and visual composition.
– Work closely with the animation director and creative team to ensure sequences align with the artistic and narrative vision of the series.
– Review and revise storyboards based on team feedback.
– Ensure smooth transitions between shots while supporting the tone and emotion of each scene through visual storytelling.

Requirements for Both Roles:

– Located in Cataluña (remote work).
– Previous experience in animation, film, or television projects.
– A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in visual design and narrative storytelling.
– Proficient in digital tools such as Photoshop (for Concept Artists) and Storyboard Pro (for Storyboard Artists).
– Strong communication skills with the ability to convey visual ideas clearly and quickly.
– Capable of meeting tight deadlines and adapting to creative changes.
– Proactive, with excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
