La Cabane Productions, an acclaimed production company recognized for its animation films and series, is offering a position for a Production Assistant or Administrative Assistant (based on profile) as an internship starting from November 2024 (with a potential start date in December 2024 or January 2025).

Duration: 12 months

Location: On-site in Paris 9

The role involves providing support to the Delegated Production team across various projects. Responsibilities include:

– Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of funding applications (CNC, MEDIA, regional, etc.)
– Offering administrative support for ongoing developments and completed productions (contract management, reporting, monitoring exploitation, etc.)
– Organizing ongoing projects (tracking development tasks, coordinating travel, managing logistical needs, etc.)
– Managing recruitment and application processes

Desired Profile:

– Interest in the audiovisual and/or animation sectors
– Strong writing skills in both French and English (very good level required)
– Curiosity and versatility
– Organizational skills and attention to detail
– Teamwork and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
