Position: HR Assistant in Audiovisual

Are you interested in joining a dynamic studio that specializes in animation? Passion Paris, the producer of LEGO Friends series, advertising films, and video game trailers, is looking for an HR Assistant to help manage our talent.

Main Responsibilities:

– Recruitment of freelancers: managing hiring requests, collecting information, drafting contracts, following up on administrative declarations, and ensuring payroll details are transmitted correctly.

– Administrative support: managing vacations, remote work, tracking medical visits, overseeing interns, and handling employment aid applications.

– Logistics: managing expense reports and organizing travel arrangements (hotels, transportation, accreditations).

– Regulation: assisting in drafting internal documents (company regulations, risk assessment, charters) and staying updated on legal requirements.

Profile Requirements:

We are looking for organized and detail-oriented candidates with excellent interpersonal skills. A prior experience in HR, particularly in the audiovisual sector, is a plus. Knowledge of labor law, especially concerning freelancers, is appreciated.
