UK Freelance 2D Animation Roles 🎨 Concept Artist

We are seeking experienced freelance artists based in the UK to join the team for a high-end, traditionally animated 2D short film aimed at an adult audience. This project is directed by an award-winning filmmaker whose work has been showcased at prestigious international festivals, including Annecy.

The positions available include:
– Storyboard Artist
– Character Designer
– Background Artist

These are paid freelance roles on a funded project. The project is scheduled to begin in mid-July and will run until late September, requiring a commitment of approximately 7 to 12 days over this period. The roles are primarily remote, with monthly in-person meetings in Cardiff.
