Join Our Team as a Freelance VFX Production & Tech Coordinator at Moonraker VFX

We are currently seeking a skilled VFX Production & Tech Coordinator to join our team on a short-term basis. Due to the on-site nature of the role, applicants must be based in London.

Moonraker VFX is engaged in an exciting immersive project located in central London, and we are looking for a professional to support our production team in various technical and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Recording detailed and accurate feedback notes during screen testing and rehearsals
– Witnessing and recording camera footage during testing and rehearsals
– Managing the transfer of recordings to our workflow system and distributing them to relevant team members
– Collaborating with our Senior Producer Coordinator to ensure timely receipt of feedback notes
– Handling file uploads, distribution, and tracking of deliverables
– Communicating with Editorial, Production, and Supervisory teams on set in a client-facing environment
